ABOUT LOVELL SOUTHEAST
The company was formed by Graham Lovell back in 1997 primarily as a consultancy company and is based in Dartford we provide a service to all of London and the home counties.
Graham started his building career at southwark council but after many promotions became a principle manager on the councils Direct Labour Organisation. He then left Southwark council after 20 years service to commence his consultancy company.
Although he is a fully qualified building surveyor he studied damp and timber treatments at the headquarters of the BWPDA at Derby.
His son Justin became a director in 2001 and they started undertaking general building works but also progressed into damp and timber treatments
They were surprised how many clients required them to undertake refurbishment works when undertaking the damp works and have now incorporated this works into their portfolio.
